We’re looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our Sales Team; someone who will quickly and instinctively understand a customer’s needs and enjoys offering a solution. First impressions are lasting and as a Sales Advisor, enthusiasm, empathy and expertise go a long way.
You’ll be generating sales by answering calls, asking perceptive questions to get the information you need to make the ideal recommendation. You’re persuasive and have a flair for accurately describing the features of our hotels and resorts – but you’re also patient and always listen. Whatever their requirements, you’re keen to go the extra mile to ensure the perfect outcome for our customers. Offering great service doesn’t stop with the booking; you’ll be able to enhance our guests’ experience, either before or after their arrival, by suggesting products or services that will make their stay extra special.
This is a fast-paced environment where every call offers a new challenge so previous experience as a Sales Advisor or in a similar sales / customer service role would be helpful. You’ll find this a hugely rewarding role if you’re comfortable working to call-based sales targets and love to go the extra mile to provide outstanding service.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from prospective guests with a view to following through to a booking.
- Provide information about locations, features, prices etc, describing the benefits and tailoring the information to each potential guest.
- Ensure that the guest's personal information is accurately recorded in a computer system.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of all products and trends, including tactical and marketing activity.
Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Advisor or a similar sales/customer service role, preferably telephone based, with an understanding of working to sales targets.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills – verbal and written
- Proficient in English
- Friendly and guest focused
- A good academic education to Higher Grade standard
- Team focused but can work on own initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.18 per hour (under 23 years); £10.42 per hour (23 years and over).

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift with flexible working hours + potential for overtime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
