We are looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join our team.
Situated in the thriving Georgian quarter of Liverpool, we are a privately owned, award winning hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, The London Carriage Works. The hotel has 149 bedrooms and suites (Best UK City Hotel – the Sunday Times 2020) extensive luxury spa, and eight first-class private dining spaces, conference and events spaces including a private cinema. We have also recently added School Lane Hotel to our portfolio, a 55 bedroom rooms-only property situated in the heart of Liverpool ONE.
Reservations Agent
The ideal candidate will be confident, self motivated and striving at all times to exceed customer expectations.
Your role will include making multi property bedroom reservations, spa reservations, group reservations, taking telephone calls and enquiries and managing the room and spa reservations email inboxes.
Hours are a mixture of early and late shifts, to include weekends. Flexibility is key however rota's are provided in advance and requests can be made if needed.
Your Skills and Experience as Reservations Agent
- Confident, self-motivated, team worker.
- Positive, can-do attitude, service with a smile.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year experience in a busy hotel environment.
- Working knowledge of Rezlynx & Premier Core is an advantage but not essential as in house training can be provided.
The position requires the holder to work consistently within the team to raise standards and maintain customer satisfaction. A passion for customer service is essential to ensure that every guest and visitor receives a personal service that is consistent and in line with Hope Street Hotel's standards.

Salary: £23,000.00 per year
