Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a talented Reservations Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
The Reservations Agent will provide a first class service to the Four Seasons Standards, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and will do this in a pleasant manner as an ambassador for the Four Seasons product. They will be knowledgeable about product and effective at selling it on the telephone handling general enquiries regarding bookings and amendments for Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane and other Four Seasons properties in the UK Collection.
