As Head of Sales your responsibilities will be:
- Driving New business development and lead generation
- Building strong relationships with key clients and prospects
- Reporting on opportunities back into the business
- Securing work for your region
- Ensuring quotable revenue targets are met or exceeded
- Devising the Strategy for driving sales opportunity growth across the business
- Securing agreed conversion of rates to achieve revenue targets
- Analysing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate
- Implementing new business initiatives across the business development teams
- Working closely with the wider business to generate new business within large accounts
- Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes
- Generating and setting up meetings with prospective customers to sell the customers products and services
- Acting as a key contact for regional client accounts
- Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks
- Negotiating sales contracts with clients ensuring the profitability of the contract
- Working with marketing and across the business to devise marketing media and tools to support new business teams
- Working closely with the Operations team to make sure quotes given are achievable
- Monitoring competitors and reviewing the company’s offering considering any competitors developments
- Monitor and analyse client satisfaction with existing clients to ensure service delivery and review business development performance
- Report to business on current level of performance and future forecasts
