As Reservationist what you’ll be doing
- In this maternity cover position you will be based at Homewood working five days from 7 on a rota basis. There will be the opportunity for hybrid working following the successful completion of a probationary period
- Be our ‘go to’ person on room, dining and spa bookings for Homewood in Freshford and The Bird, Bath
- Ensure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel knowledge and a keen sense of organisation
- Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience
- Work as part of a small reservations team to provide a seamless reservations service across 7 days of the week
- Take guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
- Offer support to the hotel teams with your working knowledge of systems including Opera, Resdiary, Premier Spa and Guest Folio
