The Role: Reservations Agent
The Restaurant: South Place Hotel
The Location: Moorgate
The Salary: £25k
The Hours: Combination of shifts - Monday to Saturday

Do you love to talk? We are looking for a passionate Reservations Agent who can confidently deliver exceptional, 5 star service to guests. At the same time, our Reservations Agent will have the service knowledge and skills to support the team in order to deliver an outstanding guest experience whilst handling all incoming calls via the Switchboard.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional service standards – only 5 star luxury will do.
- Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget, even though you may never meet.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver warmth, be friendly and bubbly in every aspect of the role
- Real pride and passion for what you do.
- Previous experience using Open Table
- To be familiar with all restaurant services, hours of operation, key people & daily events.
- Excellent telephone manner, with a strong command of the English language both verbal and written
- Previous experience of working within Reservations in restaurants
- Ability to adapt and be confident to work alone just as well as in a team
- Flexibility to work various shift patterns
