Job description
A new and growing medical device company require a Research Science to become involved in the technology development of new products, specialising in spectrophotometry and optical imaging technology. The technology involves imaging human skin and using algorithms to give histological maps of different skin chromphores. You will be required to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Occasionally you will deal with customers on technical issues. You should have a PhD in Physics or related and a strong technical knowledge of spectrophotometry, optical imaging, visible & IR light, and some programming skills, particularly with algorithms.
