Hours: 20 hours a week (flexible, could be across 5 or less days)
Climate Bonds Initiative (Climate Bonds) is an international organisation working solely to mobilise the largest capital market of all, the bond market, for climate change solutions.
The Production Assistant supports the Head of Research with all activities relating to the production of Climate Bonds research reports and learning materials.
This position will be responsible for building, monitoring, and tracking an efficient and effective production schedule for internal stakeholders.
The Production Assistant will play a critical role in coordinating a constant pipeline of new media products to meet current and future organisational needs. Ensuring that all products are on brand and adequately represent our mission.
To support the Head of Research with a range of production activities and provide regular updates in relation to the production lifecycle.- Supporting the production process to include diary management and scheduling deliverables with Climate Bonds production partners
- All administrative duties relating to production, including liaising with internal stakeholders and external parties, scheduling and copy reading.
- Assisting with multiple production processes across different teams, with a focus on continually delivering a positive experience for our internal stakeholders.
- To effectively coordinate the pipeline of production activities, ensuring deadlines are realistic and can be met, prioritising and scheduling to ensure organisational needs are met
- Providing pipeline support to the Head of Research to enable more informed decisions to be made about workload and priorities
- Acting as the first point of contact for new production enquires, handling any queries
- Supporting the Research Team in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
Essential
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Customer service background
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work at pace in a service led environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to set and meet realistic deadlines
- Customer focused with the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships
- Easily embraces change and demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- Strong software skills including Microsoft e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a similar role/production experience
- Resilient and solution focused
- Creative mind-set with the ability to produce high-quality content
- Working knowledge of Click-Up
