Job Title: Research Manager – Social Media
Location: Central London/flexible working
Salary: £35 – £40K depending on experience plus 25 days holiday, pension, birthday holiday, performance-based awards, in-house wellness manager, in-house gym and company socials.

Leading social media listening platform/research consultancy is seeking a talented Research Manager to join their growing team. The company’s software product is a market leading social media listening platform that’s used by leading brands and agencies globally, and this role sits in their in-house research consultancy team, who use the company’s social listening tool, in combination with wider research, to develop key insights for clients. They are a growing global tech/research company, who work with clients like Spotify, Unilever, UCL, Mazda and Discovery. With a stylish open plan office in Central London, they also have a growing office in the US. They have a collaborative, friendly and entrepreneurial culture, where there’s a focus on employee wellbeing.

About the Research Manager (Social Media) Role
The Research Manager will have the opportunity to connect social data with other data sources to tell an integrated story out of data and develop actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities for the Research Manager (Social Media)
  • Design research solutions for clients tailored to their needs.
  • Manage research projects that span social listening and wider quant and qual research.
  • Connect social data to wider data to tell an integrated story.
  • Develop insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Coordinate and oversee research executives and freelancers.
  • Nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About You
You’ll be an inherently curious research and insights professional with experience in social listening, looking to progress your career at a collaborative and growing global company.

Skills & experience needed for the Research Manager (Social Media) role:
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in research and insights.
  • Social media research/insights experience, with exp using a social listening tool.
  • Quant research experience.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
