Job description
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Office Administrator and Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Digital Health Group at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering (IBME). This full-time position is permanent.
Working in an exciting, dynamic research environment, you will assist in the coordination of the academic research, leadership and administrative responsibilities of the Professor of Clinical Machine Learning and other senior academic members of the Digital Health Group.
You should have previous experience of managing the office of a senior member of staff and providing excellent service; and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of colleagues. You should also have the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload efficiently to meet deadlines, coping with unpredictable volumes of work without supervision.
