We are looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of our clients. Engaging in our excellent and professional B2C campaigns the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with the acquidition of new customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist customers with selecting products and services.
- Process sales reporting efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Keep up to date with product information and changes in pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From £19,000.00 per year
