Job description

Specifically, patient samples from individuals before and after receiving regulatory T cells, a special type of suppressive immune cell, will be analysed using extensive multiomic techniques (both single cell and spatial technologies) to determine Treg-mediated effects, and how this correlates with clinical outcome in the patient.
The main roles of the successful applicant will be to help coordinate clinical sample preparation for single cell analysis, and aid in processing and interpretation of data arising from these analyses. They will have a BSc or equivalent in a relevant discipline, and previous research experience in immunology is preferable.
