Applications are invited for a Clinical Senior Research Associate post in Kidney Cancer Research within the Urological Malignancies Programme at the CRUK Cambridge Centre (www.cambridge-urologicalmalignancies.org.uk), a world-leading centre for urological cancer research. The Clinical Senior Research Associate will initiate and build a research programme around our internationally leading translational clinical trial portfolio in kidney cancer.
Applicants should by medically qualified post-CCT medical oncologists with a PhD in a subject relevant to translational cancer research with post-doctoral research experience and an excellent academic record and peer-reviewed publications that have had impact in the field. Experience in development and conduction of translational clinical trials is essential as is experience in treating patients with kidney cancer and the use of immunotherapeutic medications.
It is anticipated that the position will be in the Department of Oncology, with laboratory access available in a various of locations dependent on the type of translational research to be undertaken.
