Brief job description:
Pi Healthcare are seeking a Junior Research Analyst to work within Pi Healthcare’s consultancy team. We are looking for a talented and driven person who has experience with qualitative & quantitative data as well as market research. They should be passionate, full of initiative, have a willingness to learn, grow and help drive the business. You will collect, organise, analyse, and study stakeholder-specific market environment data to provide actionable business insights.
Duties & responsibilities will include:
· Source, collate & process market environment information via extensive desk-based research
· Transforming collected data into impactful analysis and visualisations
· Attending and presenting presentations, client meetings and client calls
· Working with the operations team to ensure successful project setup and delivery
· Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and within a team
· Proposing your own ideas and turning them into reality with the support of our collaborative and innovative team
Please note this role is not about handling large datasets, most of the time you will be using google to search information.
Additional Info:
· Pi Healthcare operate a 4-day working week
· Standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:30hrs
· Occasionally you may be asked to work additional hours or Fridays to meet project deadlines
· The role will be based in the Ilkley Office (West Yorkshire) and not home based
To be considered as a Research Analyst, you will need:
· Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
· Communication and presentation skills to confidently present and discuss your insights and analysis
· Experience within research or analytics role is a must
· Power Bi knowledge advantageous
· Bachelor's Degree desirable
Personal skills:
· Exposure to the Microsoft Office suite of products
· Proven teamworking skills
· Numerical skills
· Time management skills
· Fluency in English required
