What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be working as part of the Communications Intelligence team delivering a range of insight outputs for key internal stakeholders, including Communications, Risk, CEO and Bank ExCo . You’ll work closely with our researchers and our data teams to ensure the integrity of the data, and provide meaningful insights and conclusions for senior leaders across the bank
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Delivering robust research programmes on behalf of business leaders, ensuring survey design architecture follows best practise and integrates with the rest of the bank
- Producing high quality analysis of survey data within the programme infrastructure
- Producing high quality analysis of data gathered from media monitoring and social media listening tools.
- Delivering user friendly tools, automated reports and dashboards from internal and external research studies to be used by colleagues across the bank
- Actively engaging with external practitioners and research trade bodies to make sure we remain up to date with the latest techniques and best practice
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with strategy, communications, market research or customer insight experience, on either the client or agency side. You’ll also need experience of project or research programme management, gained in a technical environment or an operational team.
You’ll also have:
- The ability to clearly communicate and translate data, so that stakeholders can understand insights and conclusions
- Experience of translating business requirements through to system changes and requirements
- Excellent analytical skills
- A logical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- The ability to build collaborative relationships
- Experience of using media monitoring and social media listening tools for research and insight generation
