An exciting opportunity has become available for a Reports Administrator to join our Admin Team in Canterbury
Principal duties and responsibilities
- Clinic cash-up including:
- Extracting Assessment information and update patient information system (IAPTUS)
- Ensuring clinicians have completed outcome, risk and clinical summary notes
- Moving patient through care pathway
- Ensuring onwards referrals are actioned (or sat in correct care pathway stage)
- Escalating any issues to contract coordinator
- Update report master spreadsheet
- Claim agreed number of patient reports per day to keep on top of KPIs and finalise the report process.
- Ensure clinicians send their dictations or typed reports following clinics as per KPI’s to relevant inboxes
- Upload dictations to Accuro to appropriate template
- Download typed reports from Accuro
- Format reports in line with quality standard, carrying out spelling, grammar and quality checks
- Escalate any issues with reports to appropriate clinician e.g. inaudible dictation, recommendation queries
- Escalate issues regarding report turn-around time to contract coordinators
- Work to ensure reports are sent out within appropriate KPI as per contract obligations.
- Support with audits against KPIs in collaboration with contract coordinators
- Input data to spreadsheets where required
- Keep SOPs updated
