Fixed-term: The funds for these posts are available until 31 July 2025 in the first instance.
We are looking for applicants who are numerate, enjoy analysing data and presenting information in a clear and engaging way to join the University's HR analytics team.
The role holders will join other members of the HR Analytics team to deliver management information and analysis from the University's HR information systems to senior managers, departments and other consumers of information across the University. This will include statutory reports, as well as reports for committees and departments and ad hoc analysis to support change initiatives.
The team will have opportunities to be involved in the University's exciting HR Transformation Programme, which will include the replacement of our current HR and Payroll system. This programme will include work to enhance our HR data and reporting.
The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience of delivering reporting and analysis from business systems. Experience of working in a higher education institution would be an advantage. Prior knowledge of HR reporting and analysis would be desirable, but not essential.
