What you’ll do
The Data & Reporting team perform a vital role in generating resources for an array of teams. The data and reports produced form the foundation for performance management for VF-UK frontline operations, plus provide a high-quality resource for business improvement insight generation by several analytical teams in support of business workstreams.
- Act upon defined stakeholders’ requirements, related to key performance indicators, service levels, contact, complaint and order metrics, commercial measures, and other customer attributes
- Produce a variety of reports that feeds all frontline operations, business workstreams and a range of stakeholders as required.
- Support in the generation of required data outputs for projects, pilots and business initiatives.
- Maintain of self-help operational reporting and analytical dashboard for a range of stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of the team’s internal quality management activities to the required standards, for example Risk & Compliance and ISO.
- Support the collation and analysis of required data from a variety of sources.
- Support data collected to ensure that the outputs are presented accurately.
- Meeting deadlines and deliver reporting requirements to agreed timeframes
