Job description

We are looking for a highly proactive, motivated, and efficient Reporting Analyst to provide consistent and accurate reporting support to help implement the delivery of the Group Resilience offering to Sky. The outputs you will develop will streamline and improve our current reporting suite to ensure we provide seamless first-class reporting that drives our decision-making.. You will need to be passionate about data, have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and have an eye for detail to deal with a wide array of reporting requirements

What you'll do:
  • Have previous experience working in a reporting and data-focussed role
  • Support and assist the Senior Data Analyst to enable the Senior Leadership Team to determine the best way to collate and use our data to report in the most relevant way
  • Be responsible for undertaking tasks relating to the collation and analysis of Group Resilience data (e.g., Assurance, Security, Health & Safety, Operational Resilience). Highlighting key trends and inconsistencies to our internal teams
  • Help ensure we have a robust reporting capability
  • Contribute to the thinking on the approach to the reporting solutions required and help shape the offering.
  • Have the desire to expand existing reporting and data analytics skills, and explore opportunities with the Senior Data Analyst to enhance business insight

What you'll bring:
  • All MS Office applications including very strong Excel skills
  • Skills in manipulating, analysing & presentation of data
  • Data is useless if the end user cannot gain the knowledge they need from it - as such you will have extensive experience in use of visualisation tools Tableau and PowerBi with the ability to build, publish and maintain dashboards
  • Experience in SQL is desirable
  • Understanding of relational databases & proficiency in data management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work at pace, attention to detail while delivering under pressure and time constraints.
  • Team oriented, you will need to be comfortable working across multiple teams with multiple collaborators
