As the Recruitment team Reporting and Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in providing management insight and analytics to support the continuous improvement of the team’s operational performance along with the candidate’s experience through their recruitment journey.

You will work closely with the Reporting and PMO Manager scoping, planning and creating the reporting strategy on behalf of the Recruitment Leadership team with the aim of driving improved performance and efficiencies in processes using data driven insights.

You will create strong and effective relationships with the Talent Development and Innovation (TD&I) team to automate recruitment reporting outputs and streamline processes wherever possible, all while ensuring data integrity. Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will enable you to effectively communicate key insights to the recruitment team, identifying and recommending business initiatives whilst at the same time fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the wider recruitment team.

As an expert in Excel and analytics, you will take the lead in delivering training to enhance the wider recruitment team's proficiency in these areas. Sharing your knowledge and skills with colleagues in the wider recruitment team will contribute to our success in using data effectively.

About you:

  • Experienced in data analytics and reporting, showcasing proficiency in analysing data and producing accurate models using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, adept at identifying and resolving issues to deliver project requirements.
  • Excellent IT skills, quickly adapting to new systems and technologies.
  • Resilient and adaptable, capable of prioritizing workload based on evolving business needs.
  • Thrives under pressure, operating effectively within strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
