What does a Replenishment Operative do?
The Replenner will work in this active role across the large warehouse, ensuring we have the right stock available to fulfil our customers orders quickly and accurately; moving stock as well as using a handheld scanner to update the Warehouse system. This role manages workload evenly, as well as reduces down-time and replenishment error; where the wrong product goes to the wrong place. Our Supervisors will communicate targets such as clear down, set-up and changeover to ensure the replenishment team are working quickly and efficiently to support the picking and packing function.
Who is right for this role?
The ideal person for this role will come from fulfilment warehousing and enjoy working with IT, systems and numbers / stock. This is an active role, moving around the large warehouse from stores to production in order to problem solve and meet targets. You'll be keen on working as a team to ensure our customers receive the perfect order - on time! The ability to follow procedures and Health & Safety guides is vital. It is a cold environment (it's chilly - around 3 degrees) and we provide PPE; a warm coat and safety boots. Full training is given.
