Low Carbon Exchange have a new opportunity for an experienced repairs manager. Ideally you will have had an M & E, or day to day repairs background but not essential. We work in the social housing sector so again experience of this is ideal but not essential.
It may suit someone who is looking for a change in career or someone wanting to expand their knowledge and become an integral part of our management team. Based at our Head Office in Weston-Super Mare the repairs manager will be the driving force on performance and efficiency in the field as well as between the scheduling departments and field engineers.

The role is being responsible for a team of around 50 engineers/supervisors and around 20 office based staff. It is very much a hands on role and will be expected to ‘roll your sleeves up’ and lead by example. Ultimately the role could lead to a senior management position.
You will need good IT skills, have experience working with bespoke systems and the Microsoft suite of word, excel etc. You should be able to
