Job description
Diagnose and solve Computer / Server problem and servers, such as viruses, registry errors, OS problems and hardware failures. Perform hardware and software maintenance on windows operating system. Repair communication equipment and modules utilizing special test equipment and fixtures. Able to use repair tools.
Job Summary:
Perform failure analysis from system Troubleshoot, repair & test the Computer / Server.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Repair hardware as well as record data and research hardware/software issues. • Complete accurate defective part documentation. • Ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures. • Testing and operation check for products. • Record and document issues and resolutions
· Ability to follow Standard Operation Procedures assemble/disassemble computer.
· Analysis of failures.
· Compete accurate defective part documentation
· Provide feedback to supervisor of any observed trends, unusual failure conditions, exceptions to written standards and hidden evidence of customer abuse.
· Performs equipment and fixture calibration and alignment check
Education and Experience (Relevant or Preferred):
1. Education Level: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
2. Work Experience - 1+ years of computer technician experience preferred
3. Needed Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software
- Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment as needed
- Mandarin prefer but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
- Must have excellent hand - eye coordination
- Must wear ear protection when working near testing area

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
