Our customer, a growing logisitics compnay in Hertfordshire are looking for Rental coordinator to join their team. This is a unique oppertunity that will give you the oppertunity to grow your carrer with a Start up business and make the position your own. This compnay are flexible with work arrangements, so this role can be fully in the office, fully remote or a Hybrid working pattern to suit your lifestyle.
You will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for over-seeing the daily operations within the rental department and ensuring the rental fleet is properly maintained, making rental agreements with clients and following up with clients after they have picked up and returned items.
Responsibilities:
- Booking enginners to jobs
- Inputting incoming stock onto the Stock management system
- Ensuring service call outs are allocated correctly
- Communicate with contractors.
- Creating Purchase and Sales orders
- Booking transportation of Material Handling equipement
- Allocating parts
- First line response for customer enquires
- This company specialise in the Material Handing and Logisticas industry, so it would be great if you have exposure to any of these industries. Don't worry if not, as full training will be provided.
Sucessful candidates will have the following experiences:
- Worked in a Service Desk, Sales Admin, Rental or Control room team before
- Experience engaging with businesses on the phone and in writing
- Sufficent using CRM or Databases
- Processed Purchase or Sales orders
