The EMEA renewals team, based in the UK, is responsible for driving industry leading renewal rates across the region. We work in 6 + languages and engage with end users, reseller partners and distribution. In our team, you will execute strategies to increase customer loyalty, improve renewal retention rates, and focus on ensuring renewals are booked in the month they become due. This position reports into a Renewals Team Leader.
What you’ll be working onManaging a high volume of customer renewals in a defined territory 90 days in advance of renewal date. This will involve phoning the customer to gain commitment of the intent to renew, providing the renewal quotation, working with our Barracuda channel to facilitate the transaction and finally booking the order onto our system.
Responsible for achieving monthly/quarterly revenue targets through accurate forecasting and sales skills
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our channel and partners in order to identify and close joint opportunities.
Work closely with renewals team members as part of a regional renewals business unit to assist with coverage when necessary to achieve team targets
What you bring to the role
English and French Language skills (spoken and written)
Preferably experience of a renewal background or similar
Team orientated
Experience of a high volume environment
Analytical / Problem solving skills
Excellent time management skills/ ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
SFDC or similar CRM experience
Ability to negotiate and secure a win win situation for Barracuda, our customers and partners
Confidence
Strong ability to articulate utilizing business acumen
