This role could be full time or part time - full time prefered however. Location: Remote first with occasional days in London Bridge Term: 3 month fixed term contract with opportunity to extend Salary: £32,000-£36,000 depending on experience, pro-rata plus bonus Key Objective: to boost the company's latest membership programme, and sign up as many companies, not for profit and public sector organisations from a list of 1500 engaged contacts Position Responsibilities: Work through an existing database to contact as many people as possible by telephone and email Sell and educate around the programme and the benefits for the business and employees and the charity Handle the subject matter with confidence and clarity Book meetings and close the sign up Take full responsibility for pipelining and data management Report back on KPI's and feedback to the wider team Candidate Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Experience in a sale capacity, using the telephone to close deals Ability to interact with senior-level decision-makers at prospective clients. A great relationship builder Self-motivated and driven Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organisational, project management and negotiation skills. Ability to manage time and priorities under pressure and meet deadlines and hold themselves and others accountable for delivering high quality results.
