As a Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our projects, and will be an essential member of our team. Responsibilities
· Coordinate the various stages of the build process and successful delivery of 4th Utilities roll out of FTTP by assisting and supporting the end-to-end service delivery process.
· Liasie and coordainte a number of suppliers and contractors during the service delivery process by monitoring, validating and signing off the various stages of the service delivery process.
· Raising and requesting Purchse orders for internal teams and 3rd party providers
· Liaisie with internal operations teams/sales/support teams to ensure delivery stages are communicated clearly and effectively
· Accurately maintain the CRM system records and relevant trackers
· Quality Assurance of job packs – Publishing packs to the relevant parties and liasing with partners to request, action and monitor any changes or amendment requests
· Coordinating the delivery and configuration of central kit
· Liaising with internal engineers to arrange site access
· Escalation Management
· Provide Management or partner companies, when necessary, with updates and reports.
· To support the delivery of continuous improvement, highlight any operational or process problems/issues as they arise and provide upward feedback on ideas or initiatives to support own and team performance.
Core Skills
· Previous experience within telecoms or the fibre industry is preferred but candidates with strong administirive skills or background in coordation will be considered.
· Confident liasing and communicating with others
· Ability to manage and deliver own workload effectively,
· Ability to work autonomlsy with minimum supervision
· Ability to multitask
· Organised and self-motivated team player
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00 per year
