Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) offers clinical and economic benefits. From a clinical perspective, MIS is associated with improved outcomes through reduced rates of complications such as infections, blood loss, incisional hernias, adhesions, and postoperative pain. Economic benefits include reduced length of hospital stay and readmissions, decreased recovery times, and lower costs across the episode of care. After hospital discharge, MIS patients typically are back to their daily routines faster than those who have had open surgery. A Day in the Life
The ConnectMe Sales Executive is a hybrid -based remote Sales role that is designed to complement Medical Surgical traditional field sales force with a technology enabled, an innovative remote selling capability that will enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers and, thus improve the overall SI customer experience.
The ConnectMe Sales Executive:
· Works proactively and in a structured way on Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors, and general market trends,
· Translates the results of market insights into a clear prioritization of sales activity - identifies Accounts, Opportunities and Customer needs, builds a solid Account Plan, identifies and advise Key Stakeholders, Champions and Decision Makers,
· Promotes assigned product portfolio with best practices, demos and product trainings in hospital and non-hospital markets (remotely using all available technologies),
· Leads the price and contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals,
· Delivers a high level of service to the customers,
· Conducts Regular Business Reviews with customers,
· Ensures repeat purchase orders and builds a strong relationship with the customers,
· Communicates and aligns on a regular basis with field sales force and local Marketing organization of SI and other Medical Surgery divisions,
· Collaborates with KAM/tender and contract departments and functions on managing large scale tenders and/or contract sales cycle of the accounts (if applicable),
· Attends all relevant Sales Meetings and Product trainings,
- Fully utilizes all available sales tools to maximize sales efficiency (SFDC) and completes all required administrative tasks.
Must Haves
· B.A degree in a business relevant discipline,
· Fluency in English and local language,
· Relevant remote sales experience,
· Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers,
· Strong presentation/communication skills over the phone,
· Ability to travel (max up to 20%) to internal and customer meetings.
Nice to haves
· F ield sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Device industry.
