People change and life demands evolution, but tattoos are inherently static. Identity, aspirations, interests and behaviors change, but tattoos do not; a unique, enduring, and in some cases, debilitating pain point for ~28% of people with at least 1 tattoo who admit to experiencing tattoo regret.

Our intention is to disrupt a $billion industry through game changing technology, an unrivalled consumer experience and by hiring the very best talent across our R&D, commercial and studio teams.

After almost a decade in stealth mode where we have been commercialising our innovative, world-class solution for tattoo removal, we are now embarking on a period of significant global growth from Series A to Series B with the intention of taking this proprietary medical technology to market with a growing portfolio of premium studios.

Our next studio opening will be US based as we’ve now obtained FDA approval to operate there. Built unlike any other laser system in the world, we are looking to hire bright, tech savvy, methodical and reliable Laser Engineer to deliver ongoing maintenance and support within our flagship London Studio and assist us to train up new technicians with the launch of our new studio opening in New York early next year.

About you We are looking for bright, proactive, results driven and hungry individuals to join us as we move through Series B funding onto the next stage of our growth. You need to be driven by targets, client satisfaction and helping to move the needle on growth in the business.

You will come with a solid track record of performing outbound sales in a B2C sales environment.

You will be self- managed and highly motivated, always looking for angles to ensure you get results. Energy, initiative, thinking out of the box and going the extra mile is everything in this role, so if you have this naturally as well as an interest in the tattoo world, then you can really expect to succeed here.

As part of a small, but tight knit team, you will be responsible for:

> Converting leads in all stages of the funnel;

> Inbound channel queries over email, live chat, telephone and social media;

> Making recommendations based on leads feedback, insights and enquiries to help increase conversion rates;

> Following up on customer cancellations to understand the reasons behind them;

> Tracking and management of performance through the CRM tool;

> Reporting customer concerns, questions and requirements as part of your follow up
