We are looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to work within our fully-remote Psychological Therapy Service. The Role:
- Your main role as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within our Psychological Therapy Service is being responsible for providing high volume low intensity CBT interventions to clients with Common Mental Health Problems. Your clinical practice will be influenced by the clients needs which could include supporting them to improve work related performance and/or to return to work.
- You must be able to conduct high quality telephone, video and computerised triage assessments to support clinical rationale for treatment or signposting
- VHG have a highly successful service and you will be offered regular clinical skills supervision, case management supervision and CPD to support you to achieve the best results possible for your client.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- A Low Intensity graduate/postgraduate certificate
- Experience of providing low intensity interventions for common mental health problems
- Experience of providing both telephone and video assessments and treatment
- Able to achieve clinical outcomes and meet agreed performance targets
- Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage own caseload
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills – Microsoft Office/Patient record systems
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required
Desirable:
- Experience of supporting people to improve work related performance or return to work
- Experience of or interest in working with occupational health and corporate clients with common mental health problems
