Job description

My client is a global strategic communications and political consultancy based in London. You will be working as a fully remote PA/Administrator to the wider team. You will be working full-time Monday to Friday and will be required to meet in Central London for quarterly team days. Fantastic company to work for and my client is looking for a temporary candidate to start immediately with a permanent opportunity up for grabs!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be supporting the Founding Director and Senior Leadership team with daily support.

Day to day:

Diary management for the directors
Email correspondence with clients
Coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
Booking hotels, restaurants, flights and arranging full travel itineraries
Expenses and invoicing
Scheduling board meetings and taking minutes
Booking couriers
Maintaining compliance policies

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a proactive, self sufficient second jobber looking for the next step in your career. This is a busy role and you will act as the go-to person for the team.

Essential requirements:

Degree or equivalent
1+ years years experience within a similar role
Outstanding time management and prioritising skills
Excellent organisational skills, ability to work independently
Experience using Microsoft packages and Google suite
Outstanding communication skills written and verbal
Ability to organise multiple diaries
Pay high attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
Friendly, personable and calm under pressure
