Track Capital is seeking a top-quality Operations & Marketing Team Leader to take over the full responsibility of this department whilst working remotely.

Currently, we have two team members in the Admin & Marketing team and we are looking for a lead role to come in and make an impact on the company and oversee operations ensuring a more organised and optimised structure. We have found that bubbly, easy-going, hard-working and motivated individuals fit our company culture very well.

We are a boutique property investment sales agency based in London with a partial remote working team. As a company, we market and introduce our investors to various high-quality residential property investment opportunities from across the UK and the UAE in cities such as Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Dubai to name a few. Fundamentally, we offer a sales and marketing service to property developers thus marketing is one of, if not the most crucial elements of the company.

As a company, we are young and ambitious, with a small close-knit team. Whilst we have high standards of work and performance, we want to enjoy the role and create an uplifting remote working environment for all candidates through teamwork, support, team social events and a positive communication style.

Requirements for the role:

  • Strong marketing (ideally management level) experience perhaps through an agency or corporate firm
  • Creative, innovative and enthusiastic about marketing and sales being able to bring fresh ideas to the team
  • Impeccable verbal written and communication skills
  • Managing a team of two in all aspects of their role
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions to develop product, industry and sales knowledge
  • Tech Savvy - Able to use various software, systems and follow processes
  • No UK property experience is required however, you must be willing to learn as extensive product knowledge is required

Responsibilities:

Please note, the successful candidate will be expected to carry out routine day to day marketing and associated administration tasks, being a truly hands-on position which can sometimes be repetitive, it won’t always be exciting marketing projects and due to the nature of our company, there is quite a broad scope of required work.

Reporting

- Weekly reporting on marketing activity to Directors via video call

- Comprehensive monthly written marketing report to Directors including financials, competitor analysis and suggestions for optimisation across all channels

Staff Management

- Management of third party agencies including providing content, direction, projects and general supervision (PPC, SEO, Social Ads)

- Management of the Admin & Marketing team on a day to day basis with two direct reports and overseeing all their associated tasks and responsibilities ensuring optimum performance and that KPIs are met

- Management and appointment of all freelancers such as graphic designers, web developers and HTML email designers

- Assisting in future recruitment within the team

Digital Marketing

- Full social media content research, planning, production, optimisation and management

- Comprehensive advanced content planning in all formats

- Weekly written content produced and distributed such as blog posts

- Website maintenance and updates to ensure freshly updated products, copy and signing off on your teams work

- Monitoring and optimising paid/organic/SEO campaigns across Google and social channels with third-party partners

- Reaching out to collaborate with partners and influencers then initiating campaigns

Email & Promotional Activity

- Full email campaign management - content selection, planning, and production to include promotional and educational material (Active Campaign)

- Email templates for the sales team, signing off on written work

- The organisation, production of material and physical execution of offline marketing such as trade shows

Adhoc & Associated Tasks

- Graphic design, editing and associated visual asset optimisation

- Software management and optimisation

- Overseeing all associated administration and marketing activity

- Sub-agent portal management

- Market research on the UK property market and extensive competitor analysis

- Developer product/portfolio knowledge and updates

This is a remote working role, we are looking at a 9am to 6pm with an hour lunch break.

The basic salary will be £27,000 and we have a bonus scheme in place meaning you will earn a fee per transaction closed, so we can significantly increase the targeted earnings through the monthly bonuses, meaning the overall amount earned will be about £30,000.
