NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting for a Remote Home Based Solutions Analyst on a 12 month initial fixed term contract.

You will be working as part of a CRM migration programme with emphasis on the data integration projects.

Your main role will include:

• Gathering requirements - Identify data sources and data flows so that we can map the data that needs to be migrated and integrated to the new CRM.
• Understand how the stakeholder wants to see the data
• Work with Data Engineers to transform data, etc
• Test the proposed solution including unit testing and UAT, etc
• Document the full process.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Past experience in either a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, Database Management, BI Developer or SQL Developer based role.
• Requirement gathering skills and data mapping skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Ability to write SQL queries / scripts
• Experience in reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Able to communicate with a technical and non technical audience
• Strong organisational, team work, attention to detail and communication skills.

This role is 100% remote home based and in addition we are offering:
