Job description

This post is full time, 35 hours per week and is fixed term for six months.

Working patterns are flexible and negotiable and will be discussed at interview. We also welcome applications for job shares or for reduced hours than currently offered in this post. The post should start as soon as possible dependent on the commitments of the selected candidate.

We have a temporary full-time vacancy for a motivated individual who is passionate about supporting the learning and outcomes of students. The appointed candidate will be creative and solution led and will help the team to deliver key services which support library and academic skills teaching, resource development, and liaison and advocacy.

The post holders will work in a busy team of Academic Engagement and Learning Developers and Academic Engagement Librarians within the library and archive services. The role involves liaison and advocacy; supporting learning through skills sessions, workshops and appointments; resource development; project work and other initiatives.
