Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will provide excellent customer service and support to our clients, dealing with a range of inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed

  • Strong listening and empathy skills to understand and address customer needs
  • Ability to handle high-volume or stressful situations with patience and professionalism
  • Familiarity with UK data protection regulations, such as GDPR
