  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in our customer service database.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay informed of product and service information to provide the most up-to-date and accurate support to customers.
  • Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through creative problem-solving and customer-focused solutions.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional development and growth in customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
  • Escalate customer complaints and concerns to the appropriate department or manager for resolution.
