This is the job
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from new and existing customers about our breakdown cover. When you start, you’ll be given training on the systems we use, our products and services and how to talk to customers on the phone. You’ll use this knowledge along with your excellent communication and listening skills to understand our customer’s needs and offer the right cover to match their needs.
You’ll take a variety of calls, from general queries about an existing policy, to a new enquiry from someone looking to join, or a customer wanting to discuss their membership renewal and potentially leave The AA. No matter what call, you’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class customer service experience for all our customers.
What will I be doing?
From day one you will be working from home to help our customers. All the training and support you need to succeed will be given to you virtually. You’ll need a suitable working environment including your own desk and chair, a quiet space and a strong internet connection and we’ll provide the equipment you need ready for when you start. We’ll make sure you feel part of The AA team from home with regular team meetings and engagement activities.
