Remote Customer Complaints Advisor
Salary: £27,414.00
Hours: 40 hours across 5 days per week - Monday to Sunday - 08:45 to 17:45 Monday to Friday, weekend and bank holiday's 08:45 to 16:45, 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The role
This role works in Customer Escalations and is responsible for solving our customers’ complaints to conclusion, helping them get back to enjoying their lives as quickly and effortlessly as possible. You will be empowered to provide customers with the peace of mind that their current issue is resolved.
This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted. No two customers, problems, or resolution journeys are the same. You will be empowered to provide customers with support, advice and the peace of mind that their current issue is resolved.
Ensure that all complaints are assessed in accordance with internal standards and external legislative requirements
Communicate the decision reached to the customer in a clear and fair way
Support the complaints handling performance across our business
Provide support and assistance to teams across the business
Identify and communicate any training requirements to Department Managers
About you
You're confident with all methods of communication. You are an open listener, articulate and willing to consider the views of others. You build and maintain effective relationships with individuals in your team, the department and throughout the business
Experience of dealing with complaints knowledge and processes
Energy industry experience is neccessary
A brand ambassador and you put the customer at the heart of what you do
Accountable for your performance & actions
Basic knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, Sheets
What you’ll need
We will supply the equipment needed for you to do the role but you will still need a strong internet connection. Our minimum speed requirement is 25Mbps Download and 4 Mpbs Upload.
You will also need a dedicated, quiet work space with a work station, plenty of natural light, access to fresh air and no distractions. This cannot be a communal space that is shared by other household members.
You’ll also need to be currently residing in the UK with eligibility to live and work in the UK too.
Android phones 9 and later versions
