We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic clinical pharmacists to join our clinical team. If you have experience working in General Practice (essential) we'd like to hear from you. The is a remote working role suitable for candidates looking for permanent work.
Dialing into GP systems (emis and s1), you will support GP sites with medicines related tasks, this may include but is not limited to:
- Discharge support (meds rec)
- General med reviews
- Supporting patient requests for acute and repeat meds
- Structured Medication reviews
- Safety audits
