Join our Finance Systems Transformation Team as an Analyst. Collaborate with stakeholders in IAG Group and BA to achieve and shape the Finance IT landscape.
Leverage your exceptional organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills to drive system program implementation, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and value.
Be a key enabler, spearheading transformation projects including implementing advanced FP&A and airline finance systems. Join us to drive change and make a significant impact in finance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with System Integrator (SI) to analyse and design systems
- Take ownership of delivering on the system transformation plan
- Identify functional gaps and assist in designing application specifications to bridge those gaps
- Facilitate and support business process analysis and documentation
- Engage with users and key stakeholders to provide support throughout the transformation process
- Translate end-user requirements into detailed specifications
- Develop efficient procedures, processes, and guidelines that prioritises the quality of the process or final deliverable
