Our mission is to provide the best possible person-centred care to elderly and vulnerable people, and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join us, providing administrative support to Barchester’s remote support teams.
As a remote administrator, you will work closely with support and management teams across the business, as well as attending team meetings on site occasionally, which may require some travel.

Required experience and qualifications:
- Good level of maths and English
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience in letter writing and proof reading, with a good eye for detail
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to attend meetings in person when required
- Provide support to management over the phone, via email, and over Zoom
- Manage a busy team inbox
- Quality check written responses
- Maintain various spreadsheets and databases
- Store and record details of correspondence
- Provide teams with information and data prepared for analysis
