This is an amazing opportunity to join Britannia Hotels. We are a famous and well-established hotel group, boasting 60 hotels throughout the UK.
We are seeking an experienced and committed Duty Manager who will be available to work at any of our 60 Hotels across the country ranging from as North as the Coylumbridge Hotel in Aviemore to the Trecarn Hotel in Torquay.
As Duty Manager you will be responsible for maintaining consistent standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction while creating a work environment that supports organisational values.
The successful candidate will have experience running the Duty Manager Shift in a Hotel holding 100 bedrooms or more. You will have excellent communication skills with both employees and guests and demonstrate exceptional customer service and management skills.
