Key Responsibilities of the Role :
1. Upholding the best interests of STP Group at all times
2. Uphold all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Legislation pertinent to STP Group
3. Uphold all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Policies supporting STP Group Business Management System
4. Reception Duties, answering telephone, welcoming visitors
5. Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and arranging catering
6. Purchase Ledger – review of incoming invoices, Purchase Orders and Delivery Notes
7. Uploading Purchase Ledger invoices to SAGE
8. Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
9. General data entry including updating records and databases
10. Co-ordination of office supplies
11. Any Ad Hoc tasks as requested by the Company
Key Qualifications
GCSE / A Level English / Maths / IT / Business Studies
Key Skills / Attributes - Essential
Strong IT Skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong word processing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong customer focus / customers service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Personable and reliable
Excellent timekeeping
Excellent attention to detail
Works well in a team environment
Proficient in IT Housekeeping, paperwork filing and management
Key Skills – Advantageous
Working knowledge of SAGE
FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
Salary: £6.95-£12.48 per hour
