Description & Requirements
- Salary up to 44k per annum eligible for up to 20% bonus per year.
- Improve asset reliability across the different areas of the site by driving the introduction of best practices- standards and new ways of working for the maintenance team
- Lead the implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance- Total Productive Maintenance- Quantitative Preventive Maintenance and Condition Based Maintenance methodologies- tools and techniques
- Support the maintenance team in the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System- including review and improvement of maintenance strategies and asset care
- Lead the creation of engineering standards with the goal of improving asset reliability and cost reduction
- Provide technical support to the operations and engineering teams- liaising with external service providers when necessary
- Lead collection and analysis of asset performance data and KPIs to guide improvement plans across the site
- Adhere to Safety and Quality standards- behaving as role model for the engineering teams
- Be the subject matter expert for asset performance and reliability within area of responsibility
- Own specific asset reliability improvement plans
- Generate asset performance and maintenance reports as required
- Ensure all site standards for parts and installations are up to date and adhere to industry best practices
- Support management of external service providers
- Support the development of the site maintenance planning process
- Complete fault diagnosis and provide technical guidance with hands on approach when required
