Job title: Relationships and New Business Manager
Hours: A minimum of 30 hours up to 35 hours (full-time)
Starting salary: £30,342 - £33,170 (pro-rata if reduced hours are elected) plus annual pay award pending
Responsible to: Head of External Relations
Location: a hybrid of home and office working with an expectation of county wide travel as required – main office base is Chorley

The Relationships and New Business Manager is a new role in Lancashire Mind’s structure and will be a pivotal role in the ongoing growth and sustainability of the charity. The role will focus on relationships and sales and as such, the candidate will need to be commercially astute whilst employing effective external communication methods.
The postholder will work closely with the Head of External Relations, and other senior managers and leads, to develop relationships within the private, statutory and third sectors – with a particular focus on private business (including schools). The role will also be expected to spearhead the development of our sold services to maximise paid income for the organisation.
