Anduril is looking for an office manager to join our rapidly growing Europe Campaign team. As the office manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting our facility in Central London, by focusing on various internal operational functions. The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities like managing vendors, owning the floor plan, managing catering and assisting with internal events and visitors. No two days will look alike and no task is too small, as you hold the highest bar for execution.

Here’s what you’ll do

    • Day-to-day general office operations which can range from ordering and building furniture, to arranging catering and cross-functional coordination with Business Development, Technical Operations Engineers, IT, senior executives etc.
    • Oversee contracts and providers for services including facility management, catering, technology etc.
    • Own all seating and space utilisation planning, including onboarding of new hires
    • Weekly project updates & planning requirements for UK facilities
    • Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
    • Manage incoming mail and responsible for general shipping & receiving
    • Low key IT support
    • Food & beverage management
    • Greeting and hosting visitors to support our business development and growth teams. This may entail coordinating with vendors for catering, setting up meeting rooms, supporting demonstrations, and having a high level understanding of our products
    • Ownership of visitor registration and NDAs
    • Assist with internal team events and meetings
    • Manage marketing materials for the London office and EMEA trade shows
    • First POC for all employees travelling to the London office

Requirements

    • UK-based candidate with no requirement for Anduril to sponsor working visa
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in events management a plus
    • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
