About The Role
We have a rare and exciting position as a Relationship Manager to join our Premier Clients department. This is core role that works closely with our Lettings & Property Management teams to increase market share as well as delivering exceptional service to our existing premier landlords and clients. This role is perfect for someone who has previously or currently been a Lettings Manager or Negotiator who want to focus on premier clients, no longer wants to work weekends and who is passionate about estate agency.
Tasks
- Deliver exceptional service
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients focused on increasing market share including acquisitions
- Maintain regular client contact and manage expectations
- Organise face to face meetings with Premier Clients and senior management, cementing their relationship with Foxtons
- Secure new business and upsell property management services
- Take a commercial view on all decisions, considering current and future business
- Collate customer feedback so that we continuously evolve our service to further differentiate our service to make a compelling proposal for Premier Clients to work with Foxtons as their sole agent
- Handle customer queries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner
- Deal with any complaints or compliance issues promptly and escalate when relevant
- Understand fee structure in relation to competitors
- Understand and deliver on KPIs
About You
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years’ sales or lettings experience working within an Estate Agency in London
- Have an clear understanding of the lettings business including property management
- Be a brand ambassador by being service-driven, professional and trustworthy
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident with face-to-face client meetings
- Strong analytical and written skills
- Highly target driven
- Team player
- Diligent with an attention to detail
