We just need you to demonstrate the following abilities:
- Honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances and delivering fair outcomes to customers
- Banking or Financial Services experience in resolving complex customer queries and solving customer problems through detailed investigation.
- Able to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience and identify customer retention opportunities.
- Acting with care and integrity giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing - championing the codes of responsibility we follow.
- Capable of nurturing, mentoring and supervising a small team of colleagues and keen on your own self-development.
- The flexibility to work in branches across the area and occasional Saturdays when needed.
- The capability to work on non-compliance issues and support senior colleagues with routine and non-routine monitoring - advising on compliance and regulatory requirements.
We'd like you to also possess any necessary residency license permissions.
