Responsible for the day to day relationship of clients and internal stakeholders, including daily lending processes, providing the required client experience to cement LBG as the best bank for business. Responding to client needs to ensure excellence in service is delivered to our clients.

We just need you to demonstrate the following abilities:
  • Honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances and delivering fair outcomes to customers
  • Banking or Financial Services experience in resolving complex customer queries and solving customer problems through detailed investigation.
  • Able to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience and identify customer retention opportunities.
  • Acting with care and integrity giving our customers confidence in the service you're providing - championing the codes of responsibility we follow.
  • Capable of nurturing, mentoring and supervising a small team of colleagues and keen on your own self-development.
  • The flexibility to work in branches across the area and occasional Saturdays when needed.
  • The capability to work on non-compliance issues and support senior colleagues with routine and non-routine monitoring - advising on compliance and regulatory requirements.
We'd like you to also possess any necessary residency license permissions.
