The role of the Relationship Manager Administration Assistant is a key role supporting a team of Relationship Managers and providing an outstanding customer experience to HSBCs customers. You will be tasked with providing a high quality of service to customers through efficient customer contact and a variety of admin duties.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen customer relationships through quality interactions and query resolution
- Support Relationship Managers with the administration of a range of wealth management solutions
- Build and retain a strong knowledge of the relationship Managers portfolio of clients
- Have the opportunity to develop your career within a dynamic and supportive Wealth distribution team
- Become knowledgeable about HSBC’s Premier and Expat banking propositions and be able to assist with offering customers best in class solutions
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer focused setting
