Job description
Our Optometric Practice is seeking an experienced receptionist who can take over the administrative duties involved with coordinating patient and doctor schedules as well as file management and front desk organization. Bilingual preferred but not required.
We are looking for a professional who is friendly, a team player, and who understands the value of providing excellent customer service. Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining an organized work area.
The job includes greeting patients as they enter the office, answering multi phone line, scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance authorizations, and general office duties.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour
